A new platform is helping Hope Mission staff coordinate the right care at the right time by connecting information across its growing continuum of services.
Hope Mission's innovation hub developed Rest, a new platform that reduces administrative tasks, helps staff build on previous interactions, and creates more time for direct support.
In this episode, innovation hub manager Chad Verity and senior director Tim Pasma explain why Hope Mission built its own platform, how it helps prevent people from falling through the cracks, and what it could mean for the future of homelessness services.

In this episode, director of health services Beth Klingenberg and health shelter coordinator Valerie Recamadas discuss the gap between hospital care and independent living, and how the health shelter helps people experiencing homelessness continue recovering after discharge.

In this episode, Kat Luu with the Edmonton Chinatown BIA and Hope Mission’s Thomas Ogigbah share how changing the team’s approach to pressure washing is helping preserve Edmonton’s historic Chinatown district and supporting the health of community members and staff.
